Shallot Dressing w/ Mixed Citrus
This salad dressing uses a mix of incredible flavors, that will make your tongue tingle when you enjoy your salad.
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Olive Oil
- Juice of 2 Meyer Lemons
- Juice of 2 Makrut Limes
- Juice of 3 Key Limes
- 1 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbs. Rice Vinegar
- 2-3 Tbs. Chopped Shallots
- 3/4 Tsp. Sea Salt
- Black Pepper to Taste
- Rind of Etrog (You can use any rind you want or use a mix of all three citrus rinds. Etrogs are a rare find that are used just for their rind. It’s a nice settle flavor.)
Instructions
- Finely chop your shallots.
- Squeeze the citrus juice by hand. Use as much rind as you feel comfortable with. You can see how much I used in the picture above.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and gently pour it into a bottle.
- Shake it well and enjoy!
