Baked Hinona Turnips and Rainbow Carrots Recipe
I only know of one farm growing hinona turnips, and that’s County Line Harvest. Hinonas are one of my favorite varieties because they’re long like a carrot and have a purple hew at the tip. They look beautiful baked along with rainbow carrots, which is why we like to pair them together in our CSA bundles. This is a very special variety that I hope you enjoy.
