Sautéed Snap Peas Recipe

A simple sauté with sugar snap peas is a favorite snack, especially with a kick of spice!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Lb. Sugar Snap Peas
  • 1 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp. Aleppo Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp. Urfa Biber Flakes
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (smashed and chopped)
  • A Few splashes of Ponzu Sauce or Tamari

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil on low to medium heat in a medium to large size pan, and throw in the chopped garlic to see if it sizzles a little.
  2. Add the peas with their pods, and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add the chili flakes and some sea salt in the last minute or two of cooking.
  4. Plate it and add a few splashes of ponzu or tamari sauce.
