A simple sauté with sugar snap peas is a favorite snack, especially with a kick of spice!

Ingredients
- 1/2 Lb. Sugar Snap Peas
- 1 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
- 1/2 Tsp. Aleppo Chili Flakes
- 1/2 Tsp. Urfa Biber Flakes
- 3 Garlic Cloves (smashed and chopped)
- A Few splashes of Ponzu Sauce or Tamari
Instructions
- Heat the oil on low to medium heat in a medium to large size pan, and throw in the chopped garlic to see if it sizzles a little.
- Add the peas with their pods, and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the chili flakes and some sea salt in the last minute or two of cooking.
- Plate it and add a few splashes of ponzu or tamari sauce.
