Quick Mizuna Salad Recipe
This salad is very quick, easy, and shows off those beautiful mizuna leaves.
Mizuna Salad Recipe

This is a quick and easy mizuna salad, that can be used with a mix of green mizuna and red cloud mizuna, or one or the other.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Heaping Tsp. Mustard
- 2 Tsp. Toasted Sesame Seeds
- Sea Salt
- Chili Flakes
- Purple or Green Mizuna, or both
Instructions
- Mix all the dressing ingredients.
- Freshly toast the sesame seeds in a pan on low heat, shaking and stirring them, until the scent is nice and they are a golden brown. Be careful not to burn them, they go from perfect to burned pretty quickly. Add the seeds with the rest of the dressing ingredients.
- Pour as much dressing as you need for the amount of Mizuna you have.
- Top with shaved carrots, turnips, or radishes.
