Kohlrabi Salad with Steamed Chard

One of my favorite ways to eat kohlrabi is to julienne it for salad. In this recipe, I put it on top of some steamed chard.

Ingredients:

  • Raw Kohlrabi (cut and discard the fibrous skin off from the outside and then julienne the kohlrabi)

  • Fresh Lime Juice

  • Olive Oil

  • Sea Salt

  • Paprika

  • 1 bunch of chard

  • Fresh Lemon Juice

  • A little organic tamari (optional)

Directions:

  1. Massage the julienned kohlrabi with some olive oil and salt.

  2. Then squeeze a fresh lime and mix it up with a few sprinkles of paprika.

  3. Steam the chard with a little water, and place the steamed chard on a plate.

  4. Squeeze some lemon juice on top and add some tamari.

  5. Top it off with some pretty radishes.
