Cilantro Lime Green Beans Recipe
This is an exciting flavor, and a delicious, simple way to make green beans.

Green Beans w/ Cilantro & Lime Recipe
A tasty and very easy green beans recipe!

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Green Beans
- 2-4 Cloves of Garlic
- Avocado Oil
- 1/2 Bunch or 1 Bunch of Cilantro
- 2 Limes
Instructions
- Heat a little oil in a large pan.
- Chop garlic into tiny pieces. Then chop the cilantro into little bits, and set the cilantro aside.
- Sauté garlic in a little section of the pan, in the oil, until it's cooked and perfectly golden crispy on the outside. Set the garlic aside.
- Wash and chop the tough ends of the beans.
- In the same pan, add 1/4 cup of water and add the beans. Simmer covered on low heat for 5 minutes. Take the lid off and add a little more oil, and sauté uncovered for 5-7 minutes, so that it's a little brown on the edges.
- Meanwhile, add the finely chopped cilantro to a little bowl, and add squeeze juice of two limes into the bowl. Add the crispy garlic, with a little salt and pepper, and mix.
- Add the beans to a bowl, and top it off with the cilantro lime mixture.
Notes
A great addition to this is to chop up your favorite nuts, and warm them up in a pan until they're a little brown, then add them on top of the cilantro mix.
