Sauteéd shishito peppers make a delicious and savory treat!
Ingredients
- 1 basket shishito peppers
- Avocado Oil
- Sea Salt
- Za'atar Seasning
- Dijon Mustard
- Tamari or Soy Sauce
- Fennel Seeds
Instructions
- Sauté shishito peppers with oil, until they are cooked through and a little brown, about 20 minutes on medium low heat.
- Sprinkle with some Za'tar seasoning and sea salt.
For the Dip
- In the same pan on low heat, add a spoonful of fennel seeds and toast the seeds.
- Pour dijon mustard into a little bowl, and add a little tamari around the sides. Top it off with freshly toasted fennel seeds.
