Ingredients
Putting it together!
- 1 Bunch of Arugula
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
- (optional) 1 Tbsp. Nutritional Yeast or Parmesan Cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Garden Toast
- Slice your bread, and toast it they way you like.
- Chop the arugula into tiny pieces, place it in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Spread the pesto on a slice of bread, and add other veggies. Today we used snap peas, slice of tokyo turnip, sliced baby carrot, and french breakfast radish.
