Garden Toast w/ Arugula Pesto & Hasi Sourdough Bread

Ingredients

Putting it together!
  • 1 Bunch of Arugula
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
  • (optional) 1 Tbsp. Nutritional Yeast or Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

Garden Toast
  1. Slice your bread, and toast it they way you like.
  2. Chop the arugula into tiny pieces, place it in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Spread the pesto on a slice of bread, and add other veggies. Today we used snap peas, slice of tokyo turnip, sliced baby carrot, and french breakfast radish.
